As an orthopedic out-patient setting, we see a wide variety of individuals and conditions. We treat patients all throughout Southeast Idaho and into Utah, who travel to us because they know they will get our full attention, and the best treatment there is to offer. Listed below are some common conditions we treat and some of the services we offer. Dealing with a concussion can be daunting. Specialized Physical Therapy has been treating individuals with concussions for over a decade, using the most up-to-date research and skills to optimize your recovery and get you back to living the life you love!

It's a real pain in the neck. Neck pain can contribute to headache symptoms and even nerve pain into the arms. Through a detailed mechanical assessment(McKenzie technique) of the neck we have get to the root of your pain and get you back to living pain free. 

Knee pain can be a very debilitating issue and can take us away from me the things that we enjoy doing. An extensive evaluation and treatment protocol can be followed to help significantly decrease knee pain and get you back to what you want to do.

Our physical therapists have extensive training and experience with individuals experiencing chronic and acute back pain. We utilize a variety of approaches including the Mckenzie Method or MDT to get you feeling pain-free, and give you the tools to manage your symptoms independently.

Abnormal conditions in the shoulders can lead to limitations in daily activities and limiting functions at work
due to pain. Participating in physical therapy has shown significant
improvements when treating shoulder injuries.

Sports hernia or athletic pubalgia is a common condition in sports. We work closely with local doctors to help treat your pain and get you back on the field.

Wrist and hand pain

Wrist pain can affect simple tasks like picking up you kids, cutting foods and swing a golf club. Physical therapy can help strengthen the wrist and reduce pain.

Foot and ankle 

Many of the painful conditions related to the foot and ankle are treatable and
manageable through physical therapy. Utilizing strengthening and stabilizing exercises, manual therapy,
therapeutic modalities, and stretching exercises, foot and ankle pain can be managed so that you can enjoy a
more active and pain-free lifestyle
